Sellers:
Our total fees for residential homes are typically 5.5% of the purchase price,
which is an average of .5% less than traditional real estate sales commissions.  

As an incentive to induce buyers, 3% of the 5.5% listing fee (or 3% of the purchase
price) will be given to the buyer's real estate agent, if applicable, in order to solicit
as many buyers as possible for the property.  
Buyers:
Usually, Buyers pay nothing to their real estate agent when purchasing property
because the agent shares the listing agent's commission in a real estate transaction
when a property is offered for sale by a real estate company.  

We will diligently seek to find a property that suits your needs and in the event
that property does not already include a sales commission for the buyer's agent
(i.e. For Sale By Owner), then a fee will be negotiated using the terms included in
our client's AAR Buyer-Broker Agreement.
